Can’t believe how they treat people over the phone very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife I have no other complaints and I receive good care but the way they talked to me over the phone wasn’t ok. They know they can treat us like that because there is no other place us low income people can go and it’s not ok. I wish I had the woman’s name so I could report her directly.
