Horrible experience, walked there I had horrible cough/flu symptoms barely can talk and the receptionist talled me we don't see new patient!! And the earliest will be on Wednesday after 5 days!! How is that urgent care I am so confused

Receptionist is horrible. She thinks she's the gate keeper. No explanation, no questions to figure anything out. If this is the way she was trained I wouldn't go anywhere near this clinic.

The front desk CSAs are very unprofessional, and the system that they have for medical records they make it impossible for patients to get their records or transfer of care. The staff at this place are very disrespectful including the medical records department and the MAs I waited 45 minutes for a form to be signed

I've been a patient here for almost 9 years, ever since I found out I was expecting my daughter, and every single experience has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, I've been treated with the utmost care and respect. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the environment always feels warm and supportive. But what truly sets this clinic apart is Dr. Dunn himself. Dr. Dunn is an absolutely stellar pediatrician who genuinely cares about his patients. You can see it in everything he does - from the way he listens attentively to concerns, to how he takes the time to explain things thoroughly, to his genuine warmth during every interaction. He's incredibly friendly and kind, and has this amazing ability to make every visit with my daughter not just comfortable, but actually memorable in the best way possible. My daughter absolutely loves and adores Dr. Dunn, which speaks volumes about his character and approach to pediatric care. It's rare to find a doctor who can connect so well with children while also providing parents with the confidence and peace of mind we need. We will absolutely be staying with Dr. Dunn and 16th Street Clinic for as long as possible. If you're looking for exceptional pediatric care with a doctor who truly cares about your child's wellbeing, I cannot recommend Dr. Dunn highly enough.
