This place is trash, dr. Garcia and all the other medical staff dont care about patients. Its all about $ to them. They never answer the phone. Doctors are constantly leaving. Something really messed up is going on here. Someone needs to investigate. Cause Something certainly is not right! They should all be ashamed of themselves! They are supposed too care and help and clearly cannot do either. Refuse to refill my sons medicine for asthma even though he can die without it!

Let's wait hours for them to answer their phones if ever. No excuse for waiting over 4 hours to have your call answered. If you need the McDonald's of therapy here's your place only half hour sessions and they tell you you aren't that bad off even though you're been suffering from depression for more than a year. Nurse practitioner became verbally aggressive when I didn't agree with her recommendation. Never going back.

Are you serious about waiting on a phone call. NO ONE answers the call center. They need to contract with a call center in India bc this is absolutely ridiculous. How can you have a medical office but no one answers phone calls. Also they do not tell you that appointments are 6 months apart. (Dr Mueller was highly professional)

I don't know I am scared to go see the doctor. I called to make an appointment and then I have to reschedule I called for a week straight with no answer. So I stop in to reschedule my appointment the receptionist was rude, She continually talking to the co worker about gossip. Then she called to come over I told her why I was there and she said you come here for that. She was short and disrespectful. It's more to say but
