Dr Sue Chen is the best doctor I've ever seen, hands down. She really cares about her patients and does everything she can to ensure the best quality of care for them. One incredible lady-thats for sure.
I have been a patient since the first week it opened. I followed an amazing doctor to this clinic. I have had nothing but good experiences from every staff member up until this week. Melissa specifically. Melissa should not work in Healthcare. She lacks empathy and professionalism. I was extremely disappointed and sad for the way she treated myself and other patients i witnessed her interact with because everyone else is amazing. To have one person fail and ruin the high standard the rest of the staff have set is not acceptable.
I have chronic severe back pain due to a spinal fusion surgery that did not heal correctly. Dr Boddin is not sympathetic to my suffering. He does not provide adequate pain medication that would provide relief.
Every time, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME, that you call, the main receptionist will pick up and put you right to hold before even any introduction or asking you to hold, then they will totally forget about you (or go on lunch I've witnessed it in person while in the front waiting room and the woman laughing about it while she walked away) they could easily just tell the people they're on the phone with to hold while they patch people) but most of the time they just put people on hold cause they don't want to answer. I've seen it in person, they also gossip about callers between each receptionist, totally unprofessional and sadly they hire people who just want a pay check and not a passion for a career. Tjeact like their job is such a chore but they applied for it., wow not only did I have to come all the way in person just to see if a medication in stock, while standing there waiting, a nurse who is picking up something for someone else (who needed to be present for a change in the prescription anyways) literally just walked right oast me like there wasn't a line and went straight to the counter. After she was done I was physically patting myself and looking around to make sure I existed and the pharmacist WHO CLEARLY SEEN ME STANDING IN THE FRONT OF THE LINE looks around and says " did she just skip yall, why didn't anyone tell me I would have yelled at her" another woman standing behind her yelled out"we both did, and that it was rude" the lady was like "oh I must have not head you guys, cause I would have said something "... she seen the whole line of people waiting (in my case a half an hour and others longer) would have said something.....you saw it happening right in front of you. Special strokes for Special folks I guess...
I walked into Outreach clinic one day in the summer when i was having an extremely difficult time getting medical and mental health issues treated in the Milwaukee community. An AODA counselor, Michelle, (second floor current) really persisted in my absolutely stubborn diseases of AUD & BPD. Both Her and i persisted. I’ve been clean & sober for seven months this 2023 March. A primary doctor, an Osteopathic Physician, assisted Me through some difficult personal & legal challenges and medical problems. I am transitioning to an Internal Medicine Physician now at Outreach Healthcare Community Clinic (Dr. CW). Like the photographs i took and posted, Milwaukee healthcare and the industry surrounding it is dramatically improving and expanding to fill the emotional, physical, and mental healthcare needs of our rapidly expanding city. IMO, we need to be just as accountable for our entire wellness so we can then have a positive impact in our Milwaukee town: outlying suburbs, small villages , city boroughs, city districts, and main streets like Capitol Drive (where Outreach Healthcare is rebuilding & revitalizing) so we can affect dynamic & positive change.
