I called one day and had an appointment the very next day. Dr.Fredy and his assistant Gisselle were both very kind and attentive to all my concerns. As someone who long neglected dental care and now works at a dental office, I was terrified to come in and be shamed but that was not the case. Doctor discussed all the work needed to be done in detail and even provided options versus just trying to impose what he thought was best. Thank you for the great experience.
I called here bc my insurance was accepted here. After arriving there there was 5 ppl at the front desk no one greeted or acknowledged that I came in after stepping forward and speaking I was checked in and not even 2 minutes later pulled to the back for my appointment the hygienist and dentist were nice did their jobs on the way I forgot to fill out certain parts of the paperwork I was given and stopped to do that somehow I left my wallet at the front desk in the midst of it all however didn’t think I did after checking my account seeing no activity it had been a week and I still didn’t find my wallet something told me to call and check to see if I left it after a description I was told that it was there and I’m not asking them to be detectives but no one seen me leave it and thought to call I mean a wallet left in the office had to be a patients right?! Today I went to pick up that wallet and there were 3 at the desk again no one acknowledged me I stepped up told the lady I was looking for my wallet I left she continued to look at her computer I had to ask did you hear me to that I was told yea but I’m still working on the last pt I’m like oh okay I’m sorry stood a few more minutes then was asked if I had an appointment?! Smh this place is so unprofessional I will not be taking my son back to this place again and I recommend if your looking to be a pt here you find a better place as well.
Never going here again. I was looking for a new doctor in the area and found a place that was immediately next to my house. I figured that it would be good enough. I checked with my insurance provider and they listed them as taking my insurance. I called into the scheduling and was told yep they take my insurance. The day comes for my doctors appointment and I am very in need of some medication so this is important. I go to the appointment and the front desk lady was HORRIBLE. She mumbled the entire time; I had to ask what she was saying probably upwards of 10 times; whatever. Then she says that she doesn't take our insurance... Excuse me? I called my insurance, confirmed on the website and confirmed with the scheduler that you take my insurance. Yes, you take my insurance. She says fine she will email someone (?) and ask. She makes me wait 15 minutes in the lobby. I wait the 15 minutes and am called up. "no we don't take this insurance". Interesting that 3 separate reliable sources say that you take my insurance but you don't. So I go home, call scheduling again to check if they take my insurance. They confirm that they take my insurance. Front desk lady needs to be fired. I am now going to be suffering for the next couple weeks until I can schedule a new appointment at a new doctor.
Appointments are continuously rescheduled because the dentist or hygienist has a meeting, won't be in the office, left the center or sometimes plain forgotten. If you or your child has any issues like a cavity, they require you to go through multiple appointments to fix. They're understaffed, and so many issues could likely be solved if state insurance covered more than 1-2 dentists in the entire city.
I have called to schedule an appointment with my doctor and told she was on maternity leave and assigned new doctor. When tried than to make appointment was told needed to wait two months to get in for new patient. Also have called to make appointment to see doctor following ER visit and they never vet back to me. Once have had to reschedule an appointment and they didnt have another for weeks so said would cal back and days later get a letter in the mail that it was counted as a NO SHOW even after calling to cancel with more than 24 hours notice
