Treated very poorly by scheduler Dan, I called to reschedule procedure because I had a flat tire and could not make appointment in appleton. Dan treated me really rude. i do not recommends talking with any team members at partnership
They are so rude and condescending on the phone! They won't answer your questions only interrupt you and then eventually end the phone call prematurely. I wish there were other dental facilities in the fox cities that accepted badgercare/state insurance because these People can be so nasty! I've been there before for dental work and had no previous issues. But I can say I was treated very badly today on the phone trying to get an appointment. Long story short, you won't be getting an appointment with them any time soon they are not accepting new patients.
I went in for extractions. The Dr that worked on me was disrespectful and was shaking uncontrollably and made the procedure more painful than it needed to be. I felt pain in my jaw and when I winced in pain, he told me to "knock ithat crap off, it doesn't hurt, I won't tolerate your nonsense". I have only one more appointment with this place and I'll be done for good. I recommend avoiding this place if possible.
Everyone here is very nice. Very nice people at the front desk, and the dentist and dental assistant as well. They got me in right away for an emergency and also gave me good advice on how to move forward. Definitely a nice place to go!
My wife was seen by Dr Malone. Her tooth cover was removed a week ago before coming to this place and she had a hard time chewing food. We were told to take it to private clinic for crowns. They were not very explanatory and communicative. They really should work on doctors and medical staff to deal patience nicely. Customer care service was not too bad.
