Very unprofessional on the nurses part, I tried for 3 weeks to get a call back from my Dr and never did. It was very urgent and they wasn't a bit worried and started forwarding my calls to voice mail. Wld not recommend to anyone. Ended up having to go to the ER to get something done. At my 1 visit there, the nurses sat and talked about the other patients and I was able to hear them so I know others did also. My advice wld be to go to another location other than GaryWV if u have to use tug river.

I would like to write a review for Dr Muhammed Ashir. He is my grandson pediatrician doctor. 10 month ago we moved here in WV from Brooklyn NY. For the last 5 years I was trying to find a doctor who can help my grandson but there are none in NY, just a business. My grandson pediatrician in Brooklyn kept telling us that " He is fine, just wait a little longer". I'm very glad that we found Dr Ashir, he is the only doctor who didn't give up on my grandson, he kept provide us with research and referrals to the professionals who could help. Dr Ashir is a great doctor who will do everything to help a child. If we didn't meet and get treatment for my grandson, we could lost him. With Dr Ashir help my grandson was diagnosed with very rare disease which is life threatening. Now my grandson getting his treatment . God blessed Dr Muhammad Ashir and hope the more doctors like him. Thank you Dr Ashir

There aren't many doctors here anymore, but there is a nurse practitioner or two and to me, they're just as good. I took my kids to get shots. There was a long wait, but it was all over and done with in one day. I've had 5 children and they've all gone to TRHC for their immunizations and for regular checkups. I love them! I don't know how McDowell county would survive without their services!
