Terrible experience. Last appt was October. I just ran out of my antidepressant and called Dr. Ronen for a refill which they refused to fill until I came in. First, 6 months would not be until April and it's only March! Second, it's Lexapro - not a controlled med. Third I have been caring for my parents, both in their nineties, so I have been under a lot of stress recently and having trouble finding time for an appt. Plus no Lexapro for several days now is not helping not to mention everyone knows you don't stop cold turkey but I have no choice Going to see a new doctor at Marshall Health Thursday..

This was our first visit and the recommendation was a blessing. Allison not only attentively listened to our concerns, but addressed every single one of them. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the nurse was compassionate. We're already getting calls for referrals and tests, I'm so grateful 🙏.

I very much appreciate Dr. Christina Webb. She has been my PCP for a number of years now, and I have not one regret. Her level of care and compassion is unmatched. I have never felt like just another patient or a piece of paper on her desk; not ever. She listens and treats me as the individual that I am. I have never felt rushed, either. This is important as I need to feel heard. Why? Because I believe if one does not hear me, one cannot help me. Not a concern with Dr. Webb. I would and have referred others to her. The world needs more docs like her.

The entire staff is polite, professional and makes going there pleasant. Dr Ronan is very attentive and personable to make sure he has all the facts to make a decision with my care. There is a lab onsite and an online portal to keep up with your history, appointments and results

Family care gets it done. The only problem I’ve had is being passed around to too many doctors. One doc took my meds away, so at my own discretion switched to a new one who gave my meds back. Christina light and Leon Ronin are very good doctors there. When I’m out of my meds the staff communicates with the doctors to get your meds worked out asap and care about their clients. Taucha Miller, Leon Ronin, and Christina light (even though she wouldn’t take me back) there’s no denying they are good doctors.
