I stopped by Community Care of Rock Cave recently and was genuinely impressed. The staff were warm, patient, and very organized. What stood out most was how clearly they communicate services and how smooth the whole process feels, especially for a small community facility. You can tell they really care about making healthcare accessible and stress-free. Definitely a reliable place for primary care in the area.

Sean Barnett rolled his eyes when he realized I was the second patient in my 16 year old son’s room. I have never had a healthcare professional ROLL THEIR EYES!!👀 I was sick with the flu!! My son and I were neither correctly diagnosed!!! Do you want a good healthcare provider at Rock Cave clinic? Then ask for Julie Haddix!!! She cares!!!!!!!!!

Went in as a walk-in patient to try to get a high blood pressure prescription refilled. Though I was successful in the endeavor thanks to the lovely Dr. Jenna, Community Care of West Virginia charged my insurance carrier Highmark $179 simply to have some life-saving pieces of paper written out. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic Oath?! There could be no greater act of white-collar highway robbery.

Very kind and caring Physicians, P.A.'s and Nurses. The reception staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Bright and sunny waiting room that is very clean as are the rooms. I live between Buckhannon and Elkins but choose to drive almost 40 minutes to the Rock Cave office because of their high standards.
