Was denied care, because my teeth needed to be cleaned before I could be seen by the dentist. I guess it's a rule that if you haven't been there in 3 years you have to get your teeth cleaned before you can get them fixed! I am in pain and now am hunting someone that can fix my teeth first and clean them later. I've waited for months for that appointment. All for nothing.

My mother has been a patient for many years. Brandi said she needed a lung scan. Because she's 74 asthma and copd and nodules in her lungs. Never ordered it. Mom left the practice. I guess lungs don't matter!!

The older lady with short grey hair at the front desk is extremely rude. She was laughing at me because I some trouble understanding stuff about my renewal with my insurance. The woman acted like she didn't even care. I feel like there was a bit of confusion on my part and their part. I have it settled now but that doesn't justify on how the older lady acted.

This place has changed a lot since I first started going here years ago. Expect to be sold suspicious, bogus Chinese telehealth products that cost hundreds of dollars and have fine print that allow them to levy outrageous fees in the event you can’t return their $20 pulse oximeter from Wish in time. Lost my home in a fire and because I’ve been too busy trying to put my life back together I’ve been stuck in limbo going back and forth with these people. Also expect to be infantilized by “professionals” who seemingly know less about your problems than you do. I had polyps cut off my colon five years ago and every five years I’m supposed to have a colonoscopy performed. Tried to tell the nurse practitioner I needed a referral only to have her act like I was just being dramatic about stomach issues. I’ve asked twice and have waited a month and still haven’t gotten my appointment. They just don’t take people with legitimate medical problems seriously and I suspect are just a pill mill for all the entitled geriatrics I see going in and out.
