My first visit was great seen Melinda. I’m new to the area, when it came time to refill my prescription until I could get into specialty doctors she refused to do prior authorization. I found out this information from my pharmacy. The pharmacist told the message that they got back from her was that the patient can pay cash for the prescription. It was for insulin I’m an insulin dependent diabetic. I even went as far as calling my insurance company and giving the name and number of the place that needed to be called to get the authorization done. How is that right!!!!! Other prescriptions would get fill without an issue because they didn’t require a prior authorization. Will NEVER go back.
I arrived for a confirmed appointment after completing paperwork and receiving reminder calls/texts, and was then turned away without being seen. This reflects a serious breakdown in scheduling and respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend based on this experience.
I was seen at Women’s Health, most of the lady’s are nice and professional. Except for a curly-haired woman who appears to be Hispanic and works front desk. That woman gives dirty looks and mean-mogs patients for no reason. This is a grown woman acting this way and she clearly seems unhappy with her job.
I had a very nice experience calling to schedule my daughter’s appointment this morning . Paula , the scheduler , is a gem ! she was very sweet and answered any questions i had . the interaction felt so human that i almost forgot i was on the phone with the drs office , i was about to tell this wonderful lady about my life ! lol she was very easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel like a bother at all ! which can be rare these days . paula , we need more people like you in the customer service feild !
Went there with my wife because she wanted to get check after some exams she had to wait almost a month for some simple results. Afterwards what really upsets me is that when they were giving us the results they used spanish translators without are permission they didn't even asked us if we needed them i can fully speak English and my wife understands. The translator were so rude and giving wrong information they clearly didn't know how to do their job i requested for them to be removed and the female translator started acting up with a aggressive behavior totally unprofessional and very immature that lady needs to get fired immediately awful experience for my wife and me.
