Professional and caring loved the way they show they care
I hadn't been to the LPCC in Hamlin in a long time and I don't intend on going back there for a long time or never again. I was going to take my daughter there to be seen after school and they said that they wasn't taking anymore walk-ins for the day and it was around 4:30pm. It wouldn't be so bad but that is the only place in Hamlin to go to the doctor and so I ended up driving to Hurricane and taking her to the doctor.
My Grandmother n law has been at this facility for 3 weeks and they have treated her with NOTHING but the BEST care!! Everyone that I have spoken with or met have been so genuinely kind to me and also the team caring for her are so sweet and helpful! I get a phone call updating me anytime anything has changed with her. It's always great to not feel like you're left in the dark. To hear my Grandmother n law tell me that she feels right at home really tells me a lot about this facility! I would like to add that this building is very clean, smells great and you should not have an issue with clothing going missing like most facilities because they actually have a good system going to prevent that. I could go on and on about how awesome the care and communication has been in just 3 short weeks but if you need a great facility for your loved one this is the one!!!
We had a great time. We enjoyed the music. Seeing friends and family together. Good food and drinks. Crafts and goodies for everyone. Heat in the hills! Nice crowd.
Hello just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful doctor who saw me here on 07/26/2020, and let her know I really appreciated the cold glass of water!!!!! I am a disabled veteran who surfers with bye polar disorder, anxiety, paranoia, PTSD among a few other issues. It was a truly rewarding experience for someone to take the time to actually look at the presenting issues, unlike the man-nurse who works there with her. I had showed up suffering from heat exhaustion and hallucinations. Like most the man-nurse just assumed I was some wiped out druggie And simply walked off and Left me in an unlit exam room couldn't be bothered to find out what was really going on. So too her I say thank you so very much for a few moments of kindness and a glass of water, too him I say you might want to go back to school and learn the difference between the presenting characteristics Of mental illnesses and drug induced symptoms.so again too her thank you, and to Him I say thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!
