This place was a dream come true when we moved up here in the summer of 2012. We were able to receive medical services when we had no insurance and very little income coming in. The staff is so GREAT and understanding of everything! If you are low income and/or displaced, this is the best place around. They aren't far outside of Parkersburg, WV either.
