I take both of my daughters here to see Dr. Hardway and I’ve had positive experiences. They’re never overly busy and usually are able to see my girls the same day if need be. Dr. Hardway, and his staff have always treated me with kindness and respect and I will continue to go to this office.
Do not go to bush. She jumped me because she didn't know i was pregnant. I let them know when i called and saw the nurse, plus shes not the one i usually see, so its not my fault you didn't know. I went in to get swabbed for strep, she didnt even look at my throat and refused to prescribe any medicine. Two days later, i go to Med Express, and i do have strep
Completely lacking in empathy, compassion. Arrogant. Yelled at me with exam room door open so everyone could hear. Was treated like a drug seeker. Refused to prescribe antibiotics for chronic tickborn infections because I couldn't provide any positive tests, although was diagnosed and treated for them many times over past 30 yrs. Also refused to prescribe a med that I had taken before and would've helped with my chronic fatigue and brain fog, and with no side effects, because it was off label. He said his wife and kids came first, whatever that was supposed to mean. Didn't believe I have the infections, yet put on patient notes that I had them. The worst "dr" I've ever been to. Not a real dr. Told him I didn't want any SSRIs, but prescribed one anyway, using the generic name so I wouldn't know--it was an SNRI, virtually same thing. Terrible side effects, took days to get them out of my system. Woefully ignorant. The nurses were wonderful. I felt sorry for them having to work for this terrible person. Very sweet and compassionate. Told me he would not prescribe "controlled meds" under ANY circumstances. Bragged about knowing how to do spinal taps and interactions. Suspect he is struggling to get his medical license, just a physician's assistant, and I've had better, MUCH better. Waste of time and money. Rushed me out of there too, just like the others here, although the waiting room was empty the entire time I was there. Small wonder. Bragged about "going by the Book!" Treated me like I was a stupid, ignorant hypochondriac drug seeker. I am 66 yrs old. No excuse for treating me like that.
I have a old back injury which acts up every 2-3 years and this is the only time I will go to the clinic. I have never gotten any kind of exam from them let alone an x-ray. Though I have never received any pain medication from them I'm always treated like a pill head. I have never seen any indication they have any interest in helping me beyond getting me out the door. Yesterday, when I went there in intense pain was no different. I was treated so poorly by the nurse that I left without treatment. When I am willing to endure weeks of misery rather than the indignation of their poor attitude says it all. The one time I actually saw a "doctor" I told her every time I stand up my back "clunks". Her reply "sounds like you may have something going on down there" . No exam, no x-ray, no interest. I won't go back while I'm still in my right mind.
Any doctor that is going to be out for any length of time should ALWAYS make sure someone will back up his or her med refills. My personal experience for myself and kids has always be great no problems at all. Use to be in the past you would have to wait a good while past your appointment time, someone cleaned that problem up at least just from what I have experienced in the past several months. We love our care providers! that we have.
