Actual care is good for medical and counseling but the office staff needs a lot of help, as well as the mental health doctors and wanna be mental health doctors. The mental health doctors don't help and will just cause you more issues. I feel they can do better!!! Make the patients feel heard and welcome! Horrible communication, as they never return phone calls, and they need someone who knows how to schedule appointments, instead of canceling appointments. And nobody should have to wait over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment!!!!
Cue the dental symphony! I’ve never had a man floss me with such finesse—it was like Mozart himself had taken up dentistry and was orchestrating a concerto in my mouth. After a string of dental horror stories that could rival a soap opera, Dr. Mike was a breath of fresh minty air. He took his time, treated my teeth like royalty, and made sure I left feeling like a million bucks (with a smile to match). And the staff? Total rockstars. Friendly, sharp, and clearly know their way around a molar. If you’re looking for a dental experience that’s more spa day than scary drill, Dr. Mike’s your guy. Highly recommend—your teeth will thank you!
The KINDEST Dentist you will ever see! She is very thorough and does an exceptional job. Her concern for your care is her first priority and her work is very professional and so well done! You can tell she is a perfectionist! (Thank Goodness!) I am so LUCKY to find a dentist like her and her incredible staff. 🥰
Very positive experience. Visited today as a new patient and received excellent service from the front desk, the hygienist/student who saw me first, and the doctor. I will be making this my regular dentist and have scheduled my next visit already. Very clean and surprisingly stocked facility, they took 2 different types of X-rays. Had no idea such a place existed in this area.
We have been going to the dental clinic for nearly two years. I can't rate them high enough!!! From the receptionist, Kim, to dentist, Julie and everyone in between, my experience has been exceptional!! I actually ENJOY, yes, ENJOY, going to the dentist!! I even had a root canal done there and I left thrilled. I have had one done before ELSEWHERE and it was not a pleasant time. Because of that previous experience, I expected the worst in getting another root canal. Was I ever happily surprised!!! Julie did an excellent job and it didnt hurt at all!!! IF you want a great dentist, this is THE place to go!!! The entire staff is amazing!! They are all so nice, helpful and patient.
