The Dr.'s there are fine but the pharmacy really needs work and help. Couldn't find insurance wouldn't check and wasn't willing to transfer to where I regularly get my meds. They need to be inspected by the state to see all the waiting time for meds also 1hr 37min I was one of 2 people in the building waiting for meds there was 6 people working you can't do it faster. Then my regular pharmacy was on hold 45min trying to get them to transfer before they told me they've never heard of me. Then 12hrs later they still hadn't transferred anything until I showed up in person to complain.

Had teeth cleaned at Yakima Neighborhood Health,, everything is just as u would expect it to be at any dentist office, very pleased with all personnel l met there.

My mom went to this place because she was experiencing excruciating pain and when they finally got back to her about what it could be the lady on the phone told us that two of the three options could be that she could wait it out and see what happens or blood could be drawn again. These people do not care, please stay away from this clinic.

The pharmacy. This place is a complete joke and has been for years now. They literally lie to patients, with hold vital medications from elderly. I pickup for elderly patients. And this place will take weeks or months to fill a simple prescription. This is a rotating 30 day refill and they can't not manage to maintain it at all.

The doctors at this place are EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. The primary care providers here are a hot mess. You absolutely have to MAKE SURE they have entered the information from what your appointment was about. Make sure they have entered and SENT the info to where it needs to go!! I have been repeatedly told "oh, they didnt enter that" or "oh they didnt send that". This is from referrals to important medications. GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT HERE.
