This corporation is a joke. As a former patient, there is never any accountability for the lack of care… the reviews of it being 5 stars are from staff members or providers… this corporation seems to only be money hungry with no care whatsoever for their patients or community in need. The new management who took over must be responsible for this mess because before I would never receive such poor care from them.
It is chaotic in there. You are going through the place like you are in an assembly line
I go here everyday for medical appts and the staff is wonderful.
My son had his sports physical prior to school and they lost the paperwork. When we have been trying to get a new one I was told that the doctor would sign it the next day. After calling the next day and being told by several people that the doc had it, we are then told that the doc isnt even in today. Loosing paperwork and not scanning it to my childs file, then the repeated run around has caused us to look for care somewhere else and I suggest you do the same.
You can't make appointments. When your doctor says wants to see you in three weeks. People out front will not let you make appointment. Call in two or three weeks. Then you have to wait two more weeks before you can get appointment! That is WRONG!!
