I brought my mother in for a scheduled appointment, which we had arranged in advance. We arrived and checked her in around 3:55 PM for her 4:15 PM appointment, and she even signed the necessary documents. After checking in, we were instructed to take a seat and wait to be called. However, we noticed that several patients who arrived after us were being called while my mother was not. Concerned, we approached the staff to inquire about the delay, only to discover that the individual who checked my mother in had not completed the process. This experience was quite unprofessional. Additionally, I would like to understand why patients are being called by their first names instead of their last names. They have now rescheduled her appointment for tomorrow at 8:15 AM, and I hope the experience will be better.
Check in takes forever. The doctor had me wait an hour and still didn’t come in so i left . But if im 5 minutes late its a problem. Dont recommend this clinic or emma jarett she’s rude.
Before my visit the Clatskanie clinic said they would accept my insurance. But after my visit, the clinic said they would not. The clinic was useless and I established with a different clinic. But the Toppenish office sent me a bill - $175 for thirty minutes with a nurse! - fully six months later. The Toppenish office cannot get its records or numbers correct, and has been harassing me - an elderly person constituting elder abuse - ever since I contested the fraudulent bill the clinic sent me. Suggest avoid by all means possible.
Have had good experiences with some of the providers. I recently had an appointment with Destiny Noel and she was amazing (that's what made me come leave a review - she deserves some credit! Thank you, Destiny!). Anyways, lower stars because the receptionists are always so unprofessional. They'll literally see you standing there waiting to check in and they'll just keep chatting amongst themselves. Or even while they're checking you in, they'll still continue to chat about their personal life right in front of you. Sometimes even someone is supervising right behind them and they still don't behave professionally (or worse, the supervisor is chatting right along with them). Or sometimes you check in for X-rays and they don't even notify the radiology department and you're just waiting forever until you go complain. Very low standards.
Took my child for a follow up appointment, at 9. Waited 30 minutes, and I asked the front receptionist who had checked us in about how much longer until my child can be seen. She replied with sorry Dr. Nguyen is running behind. I would understand 15-20 min behind but this is at the point just waist of time. My daughter should deserve equal care like everyone else. This is beyond not professional and unfair to her as a patient. I wish they would of told me ahead of time instead of having us wait a whole hour. I have a job to get back to and a follow up, for my child should not take this long. Medical assistant explained that they are short on rooms, so that’s why they took 50 minutes to see my daughter. To me I’m very understanding, but this is beyond not okay. While everyone else is coming in and out and being seen as soon as they check in, we have to wait 50min an(hour) to be seen. That is not equal at all.
