5 years ago I got a crown mold fitted and I was back within a month because I knew it wasn't fixed properly: food was getting jammed inside to the point that floss wasn't removing debris, and it made the gum swell. Two years ago I mentioned this issue again while I was having my yearly cleaning. At this point the gum line was starting to darken around the crown, and they told me it wasn't anything to be concerned about and that I should invest in a waterpik. This week I'm scheduled to have a full extraction because the tooth is completely rotted underneath, the gumline around the tooth is completely black, and is oozing a liquid that smells like rotting flesh. What is with dental professionals not listening to their patients when they say something is wrong? Why are they so apathetic when they're supposed to actually CARE about this very important and sometimes life-saving job? Is this some covert tactic used on poor people to try to make them sick/weed them out? Sure feels like it...
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have gone multiple times over the past few months (plenty of dental work that needs to get done) and I can't imagine a better place to go. The staff is helpful, honest, personable, and very knowledgeable. They listen to my needs, are incredibly responsive, and are even provide preventative knowledge and tools to help me take care of my teeth in the future. Thank you for a great experience every time! 10/10 would recommend to all family, friends, and strangers.
