The lady in desk number 2 with tick eyebrows baby blue sky shirt, she was very rude towards me I’m not sure what was her name she was hiding the badge
Horrible 1st experience! Dr. Never introduced herself. Walked in looking down and straight up body shamed my 11 yr old daughter. Saying, "I see you are over weight" She literally has no fat on her at all. That was a topic I was going to discuss with the Dr. how I was concerned with her weight loss! So many more issues.
I have heard horror stories about this place, but I have not had that kind of experience here. My two children and I have been coming here a couple of years. And there are many important people that work there that are an integral part of our family's health. Dr Cook is our pediatrician. She diagnosed my youngest with ADHD and is the person who prescribes his medication. She is so friendly with him and kind. We are very lucky to have her. She doesnt press at him too much when he gets overwhelmed. My child is also on a waitlist with a different branch for autism and so he struggles a lot, but everyone there is so patient with him. Ms Hilda, the nurse who is in charge of his vaccinations, goes out of her way to accommodate my son. He does not like for anyone to give him his shots except her. I have seen her drop everything she was doing to come help with him because he will have no other nurse but her. And there's another nurse who does vaccines too and even though he wont let her do them, he does love her very much. I have been going to Dr Crane but I don't know if she's still there. She listens very well. The pharmacy has also been incredible and helpful. They are fast with the meds and communicate. If they are having a busy day they will call me and talk to me about what steps they are taking to make sure the meds get filled on time, but most times i tell them that I can wait a day if i need to. They are so sweet.
This place is just horrible to say the least i have gone here for two years now i just had my second child and today was his 2 month check up appointment he had vaccines but I chose to only do one for his safety but his doctor tried talking down on me for choosing to do one for this visit and the other one the next and I was just not comfortable with the way she was trying to educate me I might not be super educated but it’s just a new thing I learned and just want the best for my child so I will never be returning to a place I can’t trust with my children’s life in there hands doctor guevara to be exact .
I have had a good experience my Dr., 's have helped a lot. The dentist has been gentle and nice
