I would give 1057 12th Ave, Longview, a 0 if I could!! This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been in my life!! I clearly made an appointment for a physical and a Pap, but didn't get one. I had to argue just to get a blood test. Later, I was told by 2 separate Specialists, that I was due for an appointment but Cowlitz Family, would only give me one referral and told me I had to come in for another appointment just to get a referral. The only reason I had to ask for the 2nd referral was because they had stopped taking my insurance and no other Specialists were taking appointments without a referral. So me trying to get a referral, already took a month of run around and now they want me to make an appointment which is months out and then try and make an appointment with my specialist so I'm probably 5-6 months away from an appointment, for a quickly worsening issue, that needs to be addressed NOW by a dermatologist, not a doctor, it's an ongoing issue. I could have just made an appointment on my own had the doctor been taking my insurance. At this point I'm going to just have to go pay out of my pocket in order to make an appointment to the dermatologist. This place is a scam in my opinion, they do not even provide a service they just try and get your money but don't actually care about your health. And they make it almost impossible for a new Resident in the area to get actual Healthcare. I am more than done. š”
I had an appointment for a routine cleaning and it started out pleasant. Then the hygienist chip the enamel off one of my lower incisor. Later the Dentist tried to pull my gums out with the cleaning pick. OMG did that hurt! I 60 yrs old and have had 3 teeth pulled and they never hurt that bad. BEWARE!!
The people at the front desk try to do everything they can for patients and I appreciate them so much. The medical assistants are great as well. The providers my family has seen have all been great as well. Management on the other hand seem to be either always unavailable or overloaded. Trying to get a monthly refill called in to the pharmacy for a controlled substance or in my case a medication that is treated ālikeā a controlled substance is rather difficult. Thank you to the ones that do so much for the patients. You donāt go unnoticed.
Anyone going for an IUD itās not worth it. I spent a year without birth control with my spouse and we did good at preventing pregnancy, the pain both physically and mentally that I went through to get the IUD implant was not worth it and I wouldāve preferred to stick to my normal method. They were slow and rude and when I was crying saying I wanted to stop and was done with the procedure and didnāt want it to continue they forced me through it. Now I have to dread getting it taken out. It was not worth preventing pregnancy in any way!!!!!!
This experience is solely for the dentist office, new to the area and itās my first year visiting this office and honestly itās some of the worst healthcare service Iāve ever experienced compared to other places Iāve lived. Doctor truong is awesome and really nice and informative but the assistants are mostly rude and donāt seem to care much about the patient based on my experience, I always feel like my care is rushed to get me out as fast as possible. Thereās also a lot of foul odors in the patient areas almost every time Iāve been to this dental office, my first visit it actually smelt like weed/marijuana when I was escorted to a room to be seen, and the assistant tending to my teeth smelt awful like sweat and body odor to a point it was actually hard to breathe around said person. For someone tending to my teeth and working in a hygiene field I expected better. Recent visits have not been any better so I may have to find a new dentist in the future. Updating this review and lowering it to a one star, both sides of this office are awful. Itās ridiculous how long it takes to get seen here and the transportation services locally are sometimes unreliable and I canāt afford to reschedule an appointment Iāve been waiting almost two months for just to have to wait another month or two because my ride didnāt show up. Being that I must depend on disability/transportation services same day appointments arenāt an option. Switching providers at the quickest time possible and wonāt be back here.
