I can't say the care I have gotten here is bad, but what I can say is I can NEVER get a prompt appointment. I am so sick and they can't get me in once again. So that being said I have found a new primary and am establishing somewhere other then Valley View. They just lost a patient with great insurance.
They are good but they don't spend time getting to know you. 20 minutes is the time limit. My regular Dr moved and now I have a doctor (for now) who doesn't listen to my needs she just talks as fast as she can and I can't understand what she is saying. Her accent makes it hard when she talks fast.
I love Dr. Mercier. Enough said. She’s been my dentist since I was a child and now I’m in my 30s I just love her. She is competent, an expert in her field, careful risk taker, kind, patient, all the good stuff. She’s amazing.
Dr Li was kind, and his assistant did a great job. My only frustration was that they didn't pay attention to who my PCP was when they asked me. So I had to tell them repeatedly and give them his phone number 3x. This was the front desk. They also rushed me out the door so quickly I left my insurance card. Front desk person failed to give it back before saying "you can go". I responded by meeting the request that I leave. I still need a follow up appointment and I made sure all the hoops were jumped through but they still haven't called to schedule the follow up.
I had such a great experience here the other day for a dental emergency visit! Dr. Li was quick, thorough and also helpful with providing me with recommendations and potential solutions for my condition. I truly appreciated the nurse or dental assistant Taylor, she was very kind and pleasant to work with and she took very good xrays of my teeth! Last but not least, the receptionist/secretary Andi was quite knowledgeable and helped me with the check in process and even with obtaining some dental cost assistance with a sliding scale for fees based off of my income. Truly an outstanding office and will recommend friends and family around the area to go here! Highly recommend Valley View! Thank you so very much 😊
