The place is pretty decent for basic care and the the medical team is phenomenal. The front desk staff can be moody at times and appointments are a challenge. They recently took away the option to make a same day appointment and that's been a disappointment because now I have to go to some random urgent care in case I get sick instead of going to my regular doc. Please have at least a few same day appointments available for your regular patients.

The Dentist are nice, but I consistently have issues when scheduling or canceling appointments. Unfortunately, the receptionist has a very poor attitude, which makes the experience frustrating. The lack of professionalism at the front desk takes away from the otherwise good care provided by the dentists. More training is definitely needed. I spoke with Christine on 1/13 around 1:00 PM, and due to this ongoing issue, I’ve decided to look for another dental office.

GPW Health Center is an efficiently run clinic. I am seen usually within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. They take all the information and quick health tests (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc) in preparation for the doctor/physician assistant meeting. I am thoroughly pleased with the medical attention I receive from the GPW Health Center!

Everyone was very polite, caring, and professional. The Doctor was amazing and caring. He makes me feel very much part of the medical team by dishing out his knowledge in a way that I could very well understand, and relating all that with my young kids, daughter and son. It was my day off well spent.

Staff is friendly and competent. My doctor is a good listener who exudes an upbeat enthusiasm about her work. Sometimes one waits a long time before being seen but I attribute that to the volume of patients seen at Lake Ridge. If they're that busy they must be doing a good job.
