Most (99 percent) of the people are nice and friendly. But there is 1 person in a group that's sour. I focus on the other good people. The only department I have not gone to is dental. But I need to see them now. 😱 It will be good also. Great caring professional people that listen to you and help.
I have been a patient for over ten years, since about 2013. Like others have mentioned, calling for an appointment is nearly impossible. I wasn't able to get through in 2025 at all, and gave up on refiling medications. I doubt I will have better luck in 2026. I think this is odd for any business. For a healthcare clinic that purports to help people, this seems especially perplexing and sad. New Horizons treats patients as a nuisance to be avoided, rather than as a reason for existing in the first place.
this place absolutely sucks. I've been waiting on my babies RSV vaccination for over 2 months. you can never get in touch with them. it took me 3 weeks to even get an appointment for my 3-month-old because their phone systems was"down". I used to love it because of Angela Martin but I guess I'll have to follow her to Bedford. plus a doctor was supposed to send over my daughter's prescription that come home from the NICU. She forgot a month before Christmas so all my Christmas money had to be spent on formula and not Christmas. Sooo over this place. Looking for new doc rn. my other child went to physicians to children and got his RSV same day. we don't go to physicians to children no longer just because force vaccines
As soon as you enter this facility, you are greeted with a welcome from a man who you would think was a member of your family. Upon going to either the dentist or the provider upstairs you are greeted by the receptionist who helps you with whatever questions you have. The wait time is so short that every time I am there I get called back before finishing the paperwork. From the staff to the providers, you are welcomed and given a warm atmosphere to relax. Thank you all that work there for the amazing experience you have given my family and I.
I would like to get my healthcare here. Employees, are all very attentive helpful, and kind! I filled out an application, and put on a waiting list. It's nice that medical, mental health, dental, and pharmacy are all in one building. I hope I don't have to wait too long!
