Just go somewhere else, it’s not worth it. First time patient, I called on Monday 11:30am to schedule an appointment and the person on call was extremely rude, was talking me to as if I was dumb and when I told her she was rude she hung up the call. It was black American women, I didn’t get a chance to get her name. Told me they don’t accept new patients. First time I am hearing this a medical facility is denying accepting patients.

Theres a lot of bad reviews on here. But honestly I give them 5 stars they have helped me so much. I actually have an appointment today. Im usually in and out no hassles. So I'll go ahead and give them 5 on this one.

Every time I go to the East Cary location, I have a good experience. The receptionists and the dentists in the back are all very friendly especially Dr Malika Chary and Tara. I always look forward to going to my appointments! Keep up the great work.

filled out the form online, I missed the call from Freddy and called right back, called again after a couple days, left voicemails, but no response. My health issues are serious and they put me on the back burner as a new patient. First impressions are everything. I haven’t even been inside and I would NOT recommend going here.
