The people at the front desk are very friendly and supportive to the customers that come in the front door their names are Sarah and Kiora. They treat me with respect every time I come in they speak to me they smile at me and they do their job 100% and they are very good at their job. The answer all of my questions if I need help with anything there to help me that's the kind of people that I like and I love coming in that front door it puts a smile on my face to speak to them and they make my day better when I leave that building I'm very happy and I make my day. 🙂🙂🙂 PS. I would give them a raise or a gift card or something for doing a great job and saying something when people come in they really make my day when I leave that building.
If I could leave a negative review, I would. Had a telehealth appointment at 1pm, no one got on for 45 minutes. I call and they reschedule it with someone I’ve never heard of. I call back and ask why, they say the original provider will be on in a few minutes. I get back on and wait and no one shows up, again. I call back, they say the OG provider LEFT for the day. Then when we try to reschedule again, they say they can’t do this appointment via telehealth. And so I ask why did the OG provider call me the day prior, tell me what the appointment was for, set up the appointment and now you’re telling me this?? This isn’t even the first terrible experience I’ve had here, just one of MANY. If I had any other option, I wouldn’t go here. If you do, save yourself time and the loads of trouble
I was first referred to Avrielle White, NP by another nurse practitioner, Claudia Altman, who spoke so highly of her and assured me I would be in great hands. She was absolutely right. From my very first visit, Avrielle has shown genuine care, patience, and compassion. Even through the uncertainty of figuring out which medications work best for me the trial and error, the adjustments, and the emotional ups and downs she’s remained encouraging, kind, and understanding. She doesn’t just prescribe she listens, she cares, and she offers hope in moments where it can feel hard to hold onto. In a season where managing my mental health has felt overwhelming, she has been a steady source of support. I’m truly grateful for her heart and dedication to her patients. I hope she knows the impact she’s making it matters more than words can say.
The staff, environment gave off unwelcoming vibes and the appointment felt rushed. Only one concern could be addressed, which left me feeling anxious and dismissed. More empathy and compassion are definitely needed here.
If you value your health, time, and energy do NOT go here. I first went Oct 2024. When I called to make the appointment, I told the receptionist that I had several issues to discuss and may need a longer appointment. I was told this had been noted. Before she came in to my room, I heard LPN Brittany Hart complaining loudly to another staff member that she "didn't have time for all these patients." Then she came in and asked what brought me in today and told me I had been scheduled for a physical. I stated that I had several issues I needed to discuss. She rolled her eyes at me and stated, "that's not how this is gonna work." She asked me what I needed TODAY. I said i needed a referral to a specialist, which she did give me. While I was explaining that one singular issue, she asked if I had any GI problems, I answered yes, and she did not ask me any follow up questions or ask me to explain. She would not let me discuss any other issues. She wrote me an order form for an X-ray for a part of my body that I specified I did not have any issues and no order for the part I needed an X-ray of. I did not even get the physical I had apparently been scheduled for and was told I needed another appointment to do that. I was tearful and was not even offered a tissue, assistance, or compassion. Hart is no longer with the practice. In fact, every time I have gone, I have had to see a different provider because the providers keep leaving. Every subsequent experience was terrible. One time I had an appointment to get blood work done. The day before, after close of business, I got an email saying my appointment had been switched to telehealth. Without my consent. To get BLOOD DRAWN. I had to wake up extra early, to wait on hold to get someone on the phone to straighten it out prior to the time of my appointment. Turns out, the doctor i was scheduled to see was "never" in the office on that day of the week. Why then would they schedule an appointment on that day for me? I still have no answer to that. They did end up "squeezing me in" with a different provider. Again, one I had never seen before and again having to re-explain my entire medical history and waste a bunch of time. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. I tried for WEEKS to get my medical records sent to a new provider. Every time I call that department the message says "you are next in line." Then put on hold 10 minutes and get the message "this mailbox cannot accept any messages." Then it hangs up. I called and talked to the front desk on multiple occasions and was told that they were leaving the message for them. I requested a call back to confirm, which they told me they noted. They never called. Finally I took time off work, lost wages, used my time and gas money, to go into their office to obtain my records. I was told that the person who does the records had an emergency and was "behind." I told them it had been weeks. I told them at this point, I don't trust them to send them so I would like them to be given to me. That was another whole ordeal where one employee called me and said I had to pay for my records and then that they wouldn't give me my records because I was disrespectful? Because I asked why I had to pay for records I was literally losing wages to obtain. After sitting there staring at them for ~2 hours, they did eventually give them to me, and they did waive the fee. While I was there another patient walked in complaining of the same problem.
