From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff greeted me warmly and checked in on me right away, and the wait time was minimal. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Langston did my tooth extraction, and the procedure was smooth with a seamless healing process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Someone help me understand why the check in process is so disturbingly invasive? My dentist does not need to know my sexual orientation, nor my income. These have zero baring on medical care. Why are these questions on the intake form? And you cant choose not to answer or skip them on the device used to check in. I suspect its a data grab so they can share it with company X, Y and Z. No thank you
Hello, To whom this might concern I just wanted to send a thank you to Miss Sandra (Ryan White coordinator). I went in for some extractions and also cleanings. I was so afraid that I was not going to be able to have replacements in those areas and spoke with Miss Sandra and she was so helpful and I'm so grateful that she went beyond expectations to assist me in getting everything completed. We are now at the process of approval through Ryan White of which it seems to certainly be applicable and I'm looking forward to my new smile. I'm grateful for her follow up and how punctual she has been through this process with having so many other clients. She has guided me and stayed with me to assure a final outcome. She made me no promises but she certainly has been there to see things through and I trust that everything will be handled accordingly. Thanks again Miss Sandra.
I hate this clinic. because the doctor and nurse takes four hours to come back too your room They sucks for healthcare clinic. They doesn't care they're patient get stuck at the clinic For hours They never had sent mine ear drops medical Then the other day when I had want to the doctor They was talking about I had to pay out of my pocket When I am fully covered by mine insurance for medication and doctor appointment

She went to her Dr. got the clearance fax to the community center the day of her appt they don't have it but next visit they call said they had the clearance. Once she arrived the wanted $50 for no show (Not giving it to y'all) Once she gets to the back appt was at 9:15 it's now 11:30 my mom comes out. Nothing done, again they can't find the clearance letter again. RIPPING OFF THE INSURANCE, KEEP YOU COMING BACK BUT GETTING NOTHING!!!!!
