I absolutely love the doctors and nurses here. They listen to you throughly and decide on the best action to take. I have the means to go elsewhere, but I’m not doing that. A lot of people say that they can’t go into the hospital. But really come on what does that matter. No doctor is allowed in the hospital unless they are a Centra Health Doctor.
Always a good experience they listen to concerns and address them. friendly, polite, knowledgeable staff T. Peters & G. Caroll have been wonderful I am truly grateful!
Will be switching doctor's office this place is a joke was never seen yesterday due to having to leave after waiting so long when I got moved to a room I waited over another hour I said I had to leave this is ridiculous she said oh your time slot was 11:40 I should have just let u wait in the waiting room not friendly at all
I called and asked if I could be seen as it was already quarter to eight. I was told if I could get there by eight they could get me seen so I left work and was there in time. The receptionist nurses and dr we’re all so kind!!! Thank y’all so much!!
Chaos. You might as well go to the Lynchburg emergency room because either way you’ll be waiting 5 hrs to be seen as a walk in. When they finally call you back they bring in students and a scribe so there are 4 or 5 people in one small room and you can hear them talking outside the door about the issues you discussed with them. On another occasion went with my kid who had a scheduled appointment and still waited in the lobby for 3+ hrs. After the fourth hour we left. So in conclusion, if you have to go to CAN eat a large meal and bring entertainment because you’ll be spending a full work day in the waiting room.
