Best Doctor I have found in a long time, Thank you Dr Gibson ,I am so Blessed the staff is wonderful, everyone there is so helpful and Caring I would highly recommend this Facility!!
I had lab work done late February. Lab Co. employee, Dreams, did her usual great job ONCE she learned, from a nurse with Tri Area, what lab work I was there for. I’ve had lab work there many times and have never had to wait around for ‘instructions’ from someone else, instead of LabCo’s laptop/computer.. What ever you took away from LabCo’s employee should be returned to her so she can perform her job without having to wait around for instructions .. a tap on the laptop and in seconds she knows what labs I was there for. Please fix this problem. Appreciate your attention in this matter.
My scheduled physical had to be changed to a sick visit last minute. Administration staff was very caring, empathetic and professional. They transitioned me to a sick visit quickly and called me back within 10 minutes. The nurse and Dinah Perdue asked detailed questions to identify my ailment, gave me reassurance my symptoms would be addressed and even offered several times to address any questions I might have. I was pleased to see the bathroom was spotless as well as fully stocked. The pharmacy was right next door which is a blessing when you are sick. The pharmacy representative was very friendly and asked again if I had any questions or concerns. It may have been the best service overall that I have ever received at a medical facility. To every member of staff: Thank you for providing our community with quality care. You are all greatly appreciated!
I called yesterday afternoon to make a sick appointment for my toddler who was recently in the hospital with RSV. The receptionist said his usual Dr doesn’t see patients on Tuesdays, but she could get me with Dinah Perdue the following day at 11am. I drove an hour for this appointment, only to be told nothing was scheduled and was asked who scheduled the appointment. When have you ever called to make an appointment and gotten the name of the receptionist? None of the 3 receptionist would admit who made the mistake. They said they didn’t have anything available until that afternoon to come back but we live an hour away and it isn’t doable. Said to take him to urgent care. What kind of DRs office does that? Absolutely unprofessional and I’ll never schedule another appointment here.
I give them one star since I can’t give 0. Unfortunately, the NP’s are completely incompetent. One NP said my son’s spleen was enlarged and was having a recurrence of Mono. Wrote him out of Basketball and PE. She wanted to retest him for Mono until I informed her that Mono will continue to show positive throughout his life after his first diagnosis. She said she had to “Google” it. F/U with Jackie. Jackie explained there was “no way” my son could have a recurrence and that his issues were viral. Duh. Which is why he continues to have the same symptoms every time his immune system takes a hit! She spoke to me as if I’m an uneducated country bumpkin. Where is their continuing education?! Where is their patient care? She wanted to throw her hands up at the expense of my son. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit farther to find a PCP! Especially if you value the health of you or your loved ones!
