I’ve been searching for a PCP who truly listens and cares. Having worked in the medical field for over a decade, I know I might have high standards when it comes to finding the “right” office. HHS Ivor Medical exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff was attentive, the nurse was personable and welcoming, and the NP took the time to listen, showed genuine care, and made me feel confident that we can find a tailored plan to address my medical needs. On top of that, the office was impeccably clean. I highly recommend this practice!

Very friendly staff. Lois Brown, PA is better than any doctor I have seen in years. She works hard to get her patients the care they need. She listens to the patient and doesn't make you feel like your just there for attention and drugs Nor does she come off like some doctors with the " I've been to med school I know more than you" attitude. I would recomend Lois Brown, PA to anyone.
