Loved my nurse practioner but the response from them when you call be it for scripts( which several times went to wrong pharmacy) to getting called on results 3 to 4 weeks after is not cool. Don't call with a problem because you won't get a call back. I agree with others that the staff especially the nurses are there to have a good time and don't care what your needs are. Nothing wrong with enjoying your job just do it first.

Some of the worse most judgmental Heath care I've ever got. I went there for panic attacks and depression and the only thing I got was more anxiety everytime I had to talk with them. my psychiatrist wasn't helping and after 6 months I have a check up and let her know id like to see a different doctor and she got upset and after she said a few choice words I left her office. She had me banned from seeing my pcp or therapist in a time when I needed my therapist the most because she was upset I wanted a second opinion. She herself is in treatment for depression yet is treating it? If you want people that care and will call you back and follow through on doing what you've asked find another provider. I had to call them multiple times just to get them to read my previous records, every time I had a visit they would have no recollection of my prior visit and would repeat the same things. Find a place that cares and do yourself a favor, most of these positive reviews are from workers and they're families. They abandoned me in a time of need because one doctor couldn't handle her emotions.

I love this clinic. I find all the staff to be very professional and concerned with the well-being of their patients. I have been treated here for 5 years and have only received the best of care.
