They enrolled me without my permission, did not explain privacy standards, then wouldn’t see me when I said I didn’t get enrollment package, then tried to go over yet another enrollment form in a waiting room with no privacy. Oh and the doctor asked me if I knew where I was! They were insulting and demeaning not to mention very disorganized
The front desk and med tech staff is professional and kind with every interaction. The nurses are thorough pertaining to my young son's care and give excellent advice for the concerns I have as a mom caring for an Asthmatic, sinus Allergic and eczema having child Nurse Practitioner Harriet is amazing 🤩. I'm thankful for the convenient location, spacious, neatly clean front waiting area.
Glenda Benitez Shouldn’t be treating patients with her nasty attitude and behavior, I tried to talk to management and all about the nasty behavior and it’s been 19 days and yet not response it’s so unprofessional coming from a “professional medical facility”. Worse case it was treatment for my son and they were being weird about a toddler. That’s sad they need to do better with their staff
This clinic is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. The staff’s behavior was unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and clearly lacking proper experience and training. There is no sense of organization or respect for patients’ time. The management is awful. Appointments are not handled fairly at all. If you arrive even five minutes late, they cancel your appointment without hesitation. However, if you arrive on time or early, you can expect to wait 45 minutes to over an hour before the doctor even calls you in. This double standard is frustrating and disrespectful. Time management here is nonexistent, and communication is terrible. Patients are left waiting with no explanation or apology. For a medical clinic, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable care, respectful staff, or proper scheduling. Save your time and go somewhere that values patients.
I appreciate the professional medical procedures and support that I receive since many years ago, at Neighborhood Clinic. They take of my needs, faster solved problems related with referrals and more.
