Terrible at setting appointments. Was hung up on three times before I finally got through to the center I needed. Only to be told just come and walk in. What's he used to setting up an appointment then? Just another example of the fantastic service here on the island

Very quick service, professional and friendly. I was a vacationing guest on the island and needed lab work done to verify I needed meds for an infection. They were super. They even gave us excellent directions to the Neighborhood Pharmacy to pick up the prescription. Very pleased.

Where does one start?...They share HIPPA information with everyone, they have people convicted of check fraud working in admin, the infection control is better than the hospital but still extremely scary, don't hire quality providers but ANY providers...so many wrong diagnosis and neglect. Don't mention the angry faces and bad attitudes, I've even seen staff become physical with each other. The handful of people who care and work hard are crushing under the weight of this poorly managed organization. Their unwritten phylosophy "It's not what you know or how hard you work, it's WHO you know." Y'all been warned!

Frederiksted Health Clinic is my favorite health center I have been to yet. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. It can take time to get through here, but the people working and checking in make it worth every minute.
