No I have called this place about a hundred times never pick up I have no way to make a appointment over the phone and it annoying then when you go in to make a appointment your full to the brim the organization needs to be better this is upsetting
Today I visited the dentist as a walk-in. I arrived @ 7am and was 3rd in line. The Dental Center opened at 8am and the check started 5 mins later. Paid.@ 8:30ish I was called for my x-ray and @ 10am saw Dr. Moolenaar. His 1st question was "What insurance do I have?" After letting him know I don't have insurance. I was told they don't do wisdom tooth extractions 🤔 and was then giving a referral to Dr. Griffith. I left the dentist the same way I came in....... In overwhelming tooth pain.
Everything that is cheaper is not better. I waited over 3 hours plus just to see the dentist. They only have one children dentist. I might as well had gone to a regular dentist and paid full for it (I definitely will be getting a private dentist).
Long story short, there are only two nice receptionist and two nice nurses. Everyone else have really bad attitudes and come off as rude. I give this one star. The drs are nice but I always feel like I’m being rushed through my appointment as if I’m a walk in. And don’t get me started on walk ins. I went there visibly sick (it was just the flu), signed in and wrote “walk in” under ‘appointment time’, then sat down. The receptionist then asked me “So, you don’t have an appointment?” Isn’t that what “walk in” mean? She then let the another receptionist know that a walk in is here and before she could finish the other receptionist said “no walk ins today”. I sat there for 3 minutes before she called me up to tell me that. No one asked why I needed to see a dr. No one suggested that I can sit and wait maybe someone might cancel. They just completely dismissed me. All I needed was a note to stay home from work for one or two days not a whole physical.
the service for espanish is terrible they treat us as if we were asking for alms, they always make an appointment for me but they always attend me 2 or 3 hours later, that's if I'm lucky. Obvious because they put their friends and family at the last minute above the previous appointments. I'm not the only one who feels this, many do not have the means to complain because here everything is between themselves, pregnant women, children waiting for hours begging to be seen by doctors who attend to their personal matters during working hours. we are still here because there is no other. They say pay privad doctor
