Logan Pearl is amazing. I was suffering with excruciating pain during the pandemic. I couldn’t see any specialists and she was able to identify my condition and give me medication. Her diagnosis was correct and I finally saw specialists in 2022 and had surgery in 2023. I highly recommended her.

The front desk staff are fabulous but Addie is miserable. I have never been treated this poorly anywhere before. She is cold and seemingly uncaring. Before I left the exam room, I arranged to go back to my previous care facility 2 hours away. I left in a full blown panic attack and was barely able to fill out the record transfer form. The front desk staff were very caring and helped me do it. Addie should take lessons from the front desk staff as to how to be a care provider. This was more of an interrogation than a medical check up. So my star goes to the front desk staff.

I Have tried to see a Doctor/get A personal Care Provider For over 2years at this facility! I Have Made multiple Appointments w/ one provider named RUTH & EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT has been CANCELED & at the LAST minute! So never the less, I Am Still without a PCP… I have Never been taken in As A patient to this PCP because of All of the turning AWAY that they have put me through. I injured myself moving & Ended up in the ER & Due to untreated conditions that became worse after I ended up in the ER February of 2022. I tried again to see her as Directed by ER to Follow up with A pcP because I Also was found to have Osteoarthritis in my Spin along with crippling Nerve damage.. but Guess What? … I was canceled on Again! So I Asked for A different PCP One that will Actually See Me & Help Me… come May 2022 That PCP canceled on Me. At that I Actually make my way there for my 1:00 apt I sat outside for 5min ringing a bell to get in NO ONE ANSWERED. here comes an older white lady whom I guess Also had an Appointment…. Guess who had the door opened for them right away after I was outside waiting .. yup, she did. So I Go in, this Lady, the one who came running to make sure her white counterpart did not wait long Addressed me with the wrong name… then has THE NERVE to tell me oh Logan can’t see you your appointment was CANCELED! Smdh… she had the audacity to say oh is your phone not taking calls? “I called” As if calling at the last minute in the first place is of Good Use, Or calling to Cancel on Someone for the Trillionth Time when they Need A Doctors Help is Justified on A CONSISTENT basis! So of course I Am bothered by this due to the Severity of my pain on a Daily basis & the fact that I Have Never Ever Ever Been Taken in with OPEN arms to Get The Help I Need! This lifeless lady has the Nerve to be like who’s your PCP RUTH? …. As I Am walking out NO LADY Ruth is NOT MY PCP.. I Have no PCP going on 3 years No Help No PCP has Seen me at this Facility & you know what I Am Glad! I will never recommend nor will I Ever call them again to try and get A PCP to see me. I will Go Where I Am Welcomed! I will Go where I Am SEEN! You see God Works in mysterious ways…over & over God Showed me they Are not for Me! & that is Fine. I know There is A Greater PCP out there that will help me with my condition. One that is A Being Of The Light! One whom is righteous Enough too Touch MY ROYAL BROWN SKIN! With that Said, if you are Of COLOR do Not Go to this Facility…you Are NOT WELCOMED!

Not the most organized and competent healthcare facility. Yes, it is rural and for many there isn't much choice. But any organization of this size that has a CSO employed should raise eyebrows. The CEO must be incompetent. What exactly is a chief strategy officer anyway? Sounds like a goldbricker holds that job to be sure. Two big thumbs down for NCHC!
