They've always been very professional and I've not had to wait very long for an appointment. I've been happy with all of the doctors and nurses with who I've interacted. Overall, a very positive experience
At 41 years old I needed to have my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed. I had to go to Plainfield because they're the only ones who accept Medicaid. I opted to be asleep for the extractions. Check in was great, the woman who helped me was friendly. I had a long wait because the person before me had some complications but they were apologetic when they took me in. I was extremely nervous but everything went smoothly, they answered all my questions, everyone was kind, and I had a great experience here.
Best Dentist experience for me and my young daughter I had found in Vermont, they go above and beyond.
I have been a patient at the PHC for my entire life. After my father’s passing in the fall of 2025, I reached out to them seeking mental health support. I was informed that, because I had not had an in-person visit since late 2022, I had been dropped as a patient — and that they are no longer accepting new ones. Since then, I have been unable to find a primary care provider in the Central Vermont area, at what has been the most difficult time of my life. I never received any notification that I had been removed from their patient list, yet I continue to receive their promotional/spam emails weekly. I find this practice deeply concerning and believe it reflects poorly on their commitment to patient care. I encourage anyone else who has experienced similar treatment to contact their local representative and express concern over this practice. At the very least, consider for yourself whether this is the kind of care and communication you would wish to receive for yourself or a loved one.
Went for full complete extractions and was pretty anxious but all the staff was absolutely incredible! Dental surgical assistant Sierra say with me and talked me thru everything and reassured me! Dr. Aldene was incredible one second we were talking he knew I was scared the next I was waking up he did the extractions super fast and was very understanding and calm with me! Absolutely recommend these guys! They were hands down best dental office I have ever experienced!!!!!!
