Great experience here. Doctor, nurse and reception all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Place looks new and very clean. Doctor is excellent, probably the best I've ever seen, goes over everything and follows up on things promptly, and overall very helpful. Really, I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.
This my business, I am a patient under Dr. Bates. They are all wonderful wonderful people there. I get the best care. And they listen to their patients. They respect that they do know something about their own bodies. Thank you to everyone who works at Mountain community health center.👏👏
Complete lack of concern for your health and well being . The hold my prescriptions hostage for life saving medicine. There excuse I'd they want to check for other issues and yet do 0 follow up on any of it . It's the antithesis of health care . They should lose there federal funding if they can't actually provide care to all the patients. It's a dangerous game they play with people's lives.
Gone down hill - I use to love coming here but they are losing quality to keep up with the "Jones' " I called because I was havign some rib/chest /breathing pains. They had to consult with the Doc and get right back to me. I waited 6 weeks. Glad to know I am important enough to have someone follow up with me. Time to find a new Doc.
I switched over to mountain health from another local doctors office . this place always treats me with care and respect like I'm a priority I have a direct line to get in touch with my doctor or nurse and be cause I don't drive they help schedule or re schedule appts For me and when I call they always respond within an hour . they make sure I don't go without my meds that I need and I feel important when I go there. They have the best staff I've ever encountered at a doctors, office
