Would not recommend anyone here . Lady up front was super rude and seemed annoyed right from the start . First time at this clinic and never had a problem with any other clinic in salt lake on taking my insurance. Lady in the front office kept on telling me my insurance wasn’t working when I called my insurance and said everything was good to go but front desk lady kept denying it . Super unprofessional worker you guys got upfront. Expected better from a Utah clinic handling these situations.

I would never, I mean NEVER! Recommend this clinic to anyone. Even my worst enemy, their billing department. Is horrible and very rude, the woman I talked to was very condescending. I can see why they have a 2.9 rating I haven't been to this clinic since 2018 and now I remember why I stopped going. They don't care about their patients, I would gladly give my business to IHC, even St. Marks at this point. They truly love and value their patients other than this clinic. Even if I was on my death bed, I wouldnt come here. Rather go to the ER and give them my money. If I could give this no stars this would be for this company. They are not customer service orientated they like to place blame on the customer. When the customer tried to do the right thing.

Horrible customer service. The front desk girls are mean and don’t like to help at all. They want to charge me for trying to cancel my appointment. It’s also hard to understand them because most of the employees there are not fluent in English. I do not feel cared about coming here. Waiting times for appointment is way too long just to get checked at for 5 minutes. Prices keep going up as well and I don’t think it’s worth the money to come at a clinic like this.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Schleenbaker for about 4 years now, I’ve only but positive experiences with Him and with the staff, I’ve found them to be helpful, courteous, and willing to help. I would recommend them 👍

Had an appointment set and got a voicemail from someone in the business that said they had some important questions and to call back. Was on hold for 20 mins and someone got on the phone and hung up right away before I said anything. Called back (another 20 mins of waiting on hold) and the representative said there was no reason for me to call back, that the "questions" could be answered when I came in for my appt. So I waited on hold for almost an hour for nothing? Just cancelled my appt and not going through this clinic againñ
