They entered my phone number wrong and sent notifications and personal information to another phone number. Receptionists are garbage.
!! WORST MEDICAL SERVICE WITH THE P.A HALEY PARKER!!! - she was behind in schedule, took two hours to see her. Which I get it people fall behind schedule, but at least learn to run with it and block your schedule out if you can’t handle a back to back schedule, learn to block out your time in your schedule. Worst service: literally came in for 10 minutes, asked me basic questions, didn’t seem to listen to any of my questions and blew me off. NO BED SIDE MANNERS AT ALL. Got up and left, I was confused thinking she’ll come back. I finally saw the medical assistant and told me she was behind schedule and had to go see someone else. SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I felt like I wasn’t being heard. Point less appointment! YOUR JUST ANOTHER NUMBER FOR THIS PLACE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Super professional staff, and progressive LGBT+ friendly! They are willing to direct you to what your needs fit. They even called to price check medications and they made my cost 1/4 of what it was!
Honestly, I truly hate this location. I try to avoid it at all costs. But unfortunately, this place fits in my budget. The ONLY reason why I stick to this place is the in house pharmacy. But other than that everything else is terrible. Terrible customer service, the receptionist always give you attitude, the billing system is all confusing and nobody seems to be willing to help. I will say that the doctors here are mediocre. But that's to be expected in a place that hires your high school bully that broke your nose in school. Now the pharmacy they have reasonable prices however, they will switch up dosages without even telling you and charge you the same price. Then when you call and ask about it instead of helping you and answering your questions they put you on hold with terrible elevator music without even telling you they will put you on hold. I legit hate this place and will try my best to avoid it. I'm on the hunt for finding a new doctor with an in house pharmacy. Come to this place at your own risk but with the prices you get what you pay for. Terrible customer service from all areas and mediocre doctors with below level nurses. Good luck.
Friendly and did a great job but frustrating billing. Went in for a primary care visit and the labs were billed different. What should have been billed as a preventative visit had labs billed otherwise that weren't covered by insurance.
