The Nurse Partiniors and they don’t really do a good job and they aren’t well advised better off seeing a main Doctor!.
Nice, helpful and polite staff will help you with your medical health care and send you to the personal health care you need
I see Doctor Kabir and he is really nice and always listens to me and my concerns. I have been seeing him for 2 years and that’s the only reason I keep going. Amanda in the pharmacy is rude. I understand having a bad day but every time I talk to her it’s like she doesn’t even want to be there and doesn’t want to help me in anyway. Like today I needed her to send a note to my doctor that I am going out of state for a week and needed to get my medication filled, which my pharmacy had already sent over, and I had to beg her to send him a message saying I was leaving town for a week so I wanted to pick up my medication this morning before I left. She said she sent the message to him but I’m not sure if she did. She told me he has 24-48 hours to send it but I told her he usually does it the day I send it in but she was no help at all. Like isn’t that your job? To help me? I’m extremely frustrated and I don’t know how she still has a job there!!
Community Healthcare Center (CHC) continues to provide the same high quality and quantity of services to our existing patients; however, we are only accepting new patients within the following vulnerable populations: Ages 20 and under, Ages 65 and older, or Pregnant women. Persons within the ages of 21 through 64 who are not pregnant and are not already an established CHC patient will need to seek primary care services elsewhere. Again, all current patients are welcome to continue receiving whatever primary care services we offer from us whenever they need it. Any new patients that we can accept (ages 20 and under, 65 and older, or that are pregnant), will continue to be welcomed too
So,I've been seeing a nurse practitioner for a few year's at this facility! I finally got tired and fed up with the care I was receiving! She never took care of any of my medical issues, infact she caused everything that was going on with me to become a even bigger problem by not diagnosing me properly! I finally went to a real Dr and on my first visit this Dr was totally amazing,he done Xrays, blood work and a stool culture. The stomach problems that I had been complaining about for almost a year to the NP turned out to be a bad bacteria, that she never treated,or ever even cared enough to get to the source of the medical issue.... My Dr that I have now prescribed me two different antibiotics that I had to take each 4 time's a day for 3 weeks, that was 8 antibiotics a day, prescribed me 40 MG omeprazole, and pepto bismol! I feel so much better,my stomach is no longer swollen,my loose bowls have stopped, and I'm able to eat a full course meal without feeling bloated or full after a couple of bites!!! My Dr also found that I have gout! And for the muscle control loss he has referred me to a neurologist here in town. Yes all of this my new Dr done in my first visit and one follow up. He is very professional, polite, and show's a lot of concern and really listens to what his patient has to say! I am so glad that I had a chance to talk to a friend and between her and i,I was able to find this Dr that I now have, considering I am not from this town, she was of great help to me. I also feel had I not removed myself from this facility when I did,the NP I was seeing here would have had me wheel chair bound in the next couple of months.. Horrible experience,no human should ever have to experience the treatment that I received from this clinic! Yes I intend on going over they're heads with my complaints, this kind of treatment needs to stop and we all need to pull together to see to it. I feel like they all need to futher their medical education!! So that they can one day finally get to work in a real clinic. This is my second time leaving a review on this facility, and I'm sure this will be my last, the first time I left a review I got a response to email them my concerns,I did and they never contacted me any futher. Very unprofessional staff!!! Signed: Brenda Flores A very now satisfied client 06/25/24 🙏
