This place is really nice and the people are friendly. We did have a problem with scheduling. My grandson had an appointment and after the initial appointment we were told to come back on September 10 at 1pm for a cleaning. When my grandson arrived he was told he missed his appointment that was for 10:30 and would need to pay $35. Originally we were given a sticky note with the appointment date and time. We were told they were unable to print out the normal sheet with appointment that day. Thus the sticky note. When I asked about it when my grandson returned for his appointment we were told that they never use sticky notes. I explained the young lady that gave it to us said she was unable to print the usual way. She acted like I was not telling the truth and insisted we had to pay $35. We paid the $35. She said she left a voice mail reminder that I did not receive. Perhaps there was a problem with my phone. As I said, this is a great place. The lady was not very pleasant insisting they never use sticky notes and acted like I was making it up. Not sure we should have paid the $35 fee. Other than that problem everything else is great.

Some of you guys expect a doctor's appointment to be like a fast food drive-thru. It’s going to take some time to be seen!! The people here are amazing and my primary physician Bayyinah Michel-Quintanilla, is so kind.

I have been going to them for over 5 years and they have been making a lot of changes over the years. They have relocated to another area which is easier and faster to get to, making it less than 3 min from the clinic. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they work with you on payments as well when you provide the necessary information. I have attached images to give you a visual of just how much they have improved. They have a pediatrician, women's health, dentist, behavior health and adult healthcare all in one building. There is also a pharmacy in the works as well and the lab is in house too! They have made great changes and are definitely worth checking out! SN insurance or not you should definitely go visit!

We went for my child's wellness check and it was great. The doctor was so kind, the nurse was sweet and the receptionists were also welcoming. We had a very positive experience there. The only thing I wish they had was an air freshener in the bathroom.
