Great Place, live the staff
Scheduled my appointment wrong. Have a 2 week prescription with no refills. My daughter ran out. It took them 5 days to refill her medicine. It was finally refilled under the wrong name for yet again another 2 weeks with no refills. I’ve called over 30 times. My daughters now out again my pharmacy has send it a refill request for days. I’ve called several times a day and still have not received a refill. Hands down the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever dealt with.
Fix the parking situation!
Nurses called back with good information re: my daughter's condition even after we got off of the phone. Very thoughtful.
My daughter was scheduled For a sick visit with her primary doctor at 8:00am .As I Check-in im told by office Staff That her primary doctor is currently not seeing sick patients . I get re-scheduled to come back later that day at 9:45am with a different doctor .I get to the office ,check-in and I’m told to wait in my car -they will call when she’s ready to be seen . An hour and 30 minutes has gone by and I’m still currently waiting . The lack of communication from this office has pushed me to look into a Different doctors office For my children . I understand my daughter’primary doctor not wanting to see sick patients because she is an older lady but where’s the communication within the staff to not schedule her those type of visits ? Most of the time we get scheduled is rare we get to see her primary doctor anyway . If you’re looking for a doctor to build trust with and depend your time on -this office isn’t For you .
