I made an appoinment in advance. Upon arrival your front desk receptionest would not allow me to see a doctor! She was also very rude and obnoxious to me and my Wife. I refuse to do business with you and will be sure to warn all my neighbors and friends!

The service is not reliable. It's has been over a week and I have not heard from anyone about test results nor have I heard a response from the practioner that I message about a message I sent. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.

I'm still waiting for a call back. I've called several times WEDNESDAY to get the message that I have to put my name and number in for the call back....waited all day, NOTHING! Called literally all day and got the same message. Called THURSDAY, same thing..now I'm at Friday and I hope they are all happy with themselves..why even have this option or push to have to do this but never return a call ..this isn't the first time either!

I do not like writing bad reviews but the providers in this clinic need to go back to school and get better training. Most of the providers that I have seen here have not only been incompetent but also dismissive. I also had a PA searching up the side effects to my medications in front of me when I could've literally done that myself at home and self-diagnosed! The only reason why I hadn't moved elsewhere is because I was being treated by the OBGYN Lisa Cashiola, she's amazing and very knowledgeable. She is also the only one that truly listened to me and had me do some testing to confirm her diagnoses which is so rare to see in providers nowadays all they do is give you medications to shut you up instead of actually finding the root cause of your symptoms.

I must have a prior authorization for meds that the doctor prescribed, but I am getting the run around to get it done. It’s i will be at least 48 hours. I would NEVER recommend considering you cannot get the needed meds to feel better. I have called numerous times. And had my insurance call to get fax number and they gave the wrong number. I have yet to get this resolved.
