My mom went to Hope Community, and they advised her to stop her high blood pressure and cholesterol meds without giving her a refill. A week later, her blood pressure shot up, and we took her to another clinic in Nacogdoches. There, they expressed concern about why she stopped taking her meds, mentioning that Hope Community didn't provide a refill and told her she didn't need them. The Nacogdoches clinic emphasized that she was on the verge of a stroke due to the abrupt discontinuation of her medications. I strongly advise against this clinic. My mom only interacted with nurses; no doctor was involved. Be cautious about who you trust with your loved ones' health!!!

Don’t go if you have tonsil stones, they don’t know what they’re doing 100%. They’re nice but.. Looked at it, gave me a prescription, charged me for the appointment and sent me off on my way. They SHOULD have taken them out and now I’m in a lot of pain because of it. Go literally anywhere else

We had a great experience to get COVID tests at the Tenaha location. I’ve never been to a doctors office or clinic that was this prompt. We got to stay in the car, nurse came out right away to test, followed by doctor within 10 minutes with test results and explanation. The tests were free for us. Hassle free. Would definitely come back.

Yes, the sliding scale fee is nice, but everytime they say they are going to call a prescription in it takes 4-6 hours or longer. The sad thing is, that is when they remember to call it in at all! Now i am stuck without medication for 2 days because THEY forgot to call it in.
