I went to get a physical today and was not given thorough one, only my weight, temperature, and blood pressure were taken when she went to hear my heart she just put the stethoscope up to my heart once, didn’t check how my lungs sounded, didn’t check my ears, my throat, my stomach, my reflexes and the when I was telling her about my one big issue she was dismissive like I don’t know what I’m talking about and just wanting to end the exam asap. Dr. Mona horrible be more sympathetic to your patients just because you have a Doctorate’s degree doesn’t mean you’re patient don’t have an understanding of their bodies and symptoms. Do better! Will be going elsewhere

Many issues over the years so finally just changed providers for my daughter. Main problem being Dr. Moreno. Absolutely rude and does not do her job.

I don’t recommend AHC, very unprofessional. The Doctor Mona is horrible. She makes the patient feel uncomfortable and is very rude. I hope she never ends in the hospital herself and someone treat her the way she treats the patients. The community goes to this facility since it’s a small town and everyone knows each other. As a Healthcare worker your priority is the Patient. If she can’t handle certain issues with patient girl you are in the wrong field!!!!

Absolutely horrible! Do not take your child to this clinic! I took my 2 year old for her checkup because I don’t currently have a pediatrician for her at the moment. She saw Gloria Gallegos and my daughter is scared to begin with and Gloria was not able to handle my daughter she man handled my daughter and was constantly making remarks that my daughter was being dramatic and telling my 2 year old that she couldn’t hear and saying “how are we going to talk when you’re this loud”. Kids should not be seen here if the doctors cannot handle it. Also the lady who took her vitals was calling her dramatic. Do not recommend taking kids here at all.
