They treated my deaf wife very badly the two girls in the front are very rude roll their eyes smirk at you bad attitudes they will not show you any type of care the doctor herself ignored us when we told her goodbye the doctor will also get rude with you if you ask too many questions she also acted like she did not want to touch my wifes back when she was describing her pain on her lower back like if she was disgusted with my wife you shouldn't treat disabled people this way and we are reporting everything I advise other patient and disabled patients to record any mistreatment and report them to the National Association of the Deaf
I’ve came here more then once every time I come the two nurses in the front windows always give me attitude and make faces at me because I’m deaf I don’t think the doctor cares for her patients I cannot speak so it’s hard for people like me and I know they don’t like dealing with deaf people last time the doctor seemed like she didn’t want to touch me when I showed her the pain in my lower back the two nurses in the front window are always rude last time she got smart with my husband and told him let me give you some homework that way you will learn he let that go then Today they seemed to get mad at us for showing up early to the appointment the older lady kept smirking, and rolling her eyes when my husband told her they offended me the other lady in pink just waved her hand said it’s fine she can leave and then got up rolling her eyes then she called for the next person they tried to Tell My husband I needed to calm down he corrected her said it’s not her it’s how she fill like you all are discriminating against her because she deaf and that she will report this and again she rolled her eyes and smirked at him she tried to give an apology, but it wasn’t a sincere apology, and the other girl kept dismissing us as if we were getting on her nerves. You don’t deaf people this way you don’t treat the blind this way you don’t treat the elderly this way they are so unprofessional and should care more about their patients I’m so offended by them
Front Desk staff member Elizabeth was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions regarding an appointment. She clearly explained all the forms I needed to bring and was both respectful and professional throughout our interaction. I highly recommend making an appointment at this clinic—not only do they offer medical services, but as Elizabeth explained, they also provide behavioral and dental care. Excellent customer service!
I will leave good reviews when warranted and will do the same for a negative experience. I have been coming here for several years and don't normally have a problem. I had an appointment for 11:15am to get my results for some lab work I had done 2 weeks prior. I was called back to at 11:20am. The nurse assistant took my weight and blood pressure as normal and put me in room 1. I checked the time on my phone to see how long it would take to get my lab results numbers and at 12:14 the nurse practitioner came in and first thing she said was an apology for the wait. 50 minutes it took of waiting for something that took her 2 minutes to read off the paper. Unacceptable!! They weren't busy with a lot of patients and this 2 minute visit shouldn't have taken 50 minutes!
I cannot say anything but good things about the Pasadena Health Center! Their staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, and they were even able to get me an appointment for the next day. I waited less than 10 minutes for my appointment after filling out my new patient forms and the front desk was very understanding and informative about my payment options. The nurse who took me back to the room and did my intake (I don’t want to post her full name but want to give her kudos, her last name starts with “J”) was so sweet and amazing at administering shots! The doctor fee was very reasonable as well. I truly received phenomenal service and will definitely be coming back for my future medical needs!
