I just had a doctor from here actually send me a registered letter informing me she is not qualified to handle my medical issues. That's just crazy! Now I have to go find a whole new doctor that doesn't require insurance that will prescribe my medicine without having to go through all kinds of hoops and jumps. I live in constant pain and these medicines barely help anyway. That's after two ultrasounds and a cat scan. She never even touched me but that's noty fault. Horrible doctors in this town!!!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Freemen, who was awesome and attentive. However, I faced a challenge with one of the front desk employees. While most of the staff were friendly, there was one who was quite rude. When I inquired about making an appointment for help with medication, she asked if my companion had proof of income. I explained that she doesn’t work, and the employee responded in a dismissive manner that made us feel uncomfortable. This level of unprofessionalism overshadowed what could have been a great visit. I hope the management can address this issue to improve the overall experience for patients.
Why do they schedule appointments at a certain time if they won't call you until after 2 hours and when they do call you, you still wait in the waiting room for more than 2 hours to be seen. It is ridiculous 😔. They should schedule appointments very separate from others, that way they see everyone in a timely manner. Time is ticking ,running. We have things to do like pick up kids from school or other appointments
Dont bother wasting your gas to be seen here. The women at the front desk are rude, unorganized and clueless. The woman in charge at the time wouldn't even give me her name. They have turned down my daughter when she was sick, they rescheduled my daughter multiple times and they claim they'll call you to reschedual but they never do. Dont bother making an appointment at all, its as useless as the staff.
Worst place in Odessa! The girls in the front are rude and not understanding! The doctors seem as if they didn't go to school to be doctor's. I always get the run around here and every visit I leave upset. I advise to never make a appointment to go to this clinic. This clinic needs to be shut down!
