Andrea at the Levelland office is AMAZING. (Hopefully I spelled her name correctly) I was having a difficult time getting answers/help with a prescription refill from the location where I live and Andrea went above and beyond to assist me. She listened to me, she understood my frustration, and handled the situation with exceptional customer service. Instead of the typical “I’ll send a message” bit, she placed me on hold and physically went to get answers for me. I also work in the medical field and it is refreshing to see people genuinely care about their patients.

Really like Kelsey she is always asking how she can help me and is very knowledgeable when telling me about what she is doing for my care. Am a old guy so me liking a Doctor is strange but I really like her feel very comfortable and at ease when talking to her. Would recommend her to anyone needing a Doctor.
