The new register portals are cumbersome and repetitive. Better "color coding" of necessary keys like Enter, Delete and the proceed keys need to be better situated on screen window to reflect a normal keyboard, the public might be more familiar with. You should should product test these new portals, improvements, etc. The 2/3 receptionists at the South clinic are more efficient than the portals. All around the staff is helpful, patient & courteous.

Well, this new doctor of mine caused my nerves to go up. I signed a document that read I wasn't taking some medication. So to get this "doctor" off my back, I signed the document. I was in pain and I just wanted to go home. I know my blood pressure goes up when I'm in pain. And this morning I was fasting, not yet had breakfast.

Family Dr office takes FOREVER. Waiting for over 2 hours after checking in. They over schedule their capabilities. Better off going to emergency room for everything.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Absolutely the most unhelpful place I have ever gone to. That actually make your life worse. They don’t even remotely try to figure out your problem they just find the fastest way to get you out of their clinic and they want to charge you money even if you aren’t supposed to be charged. My insurance covers everything. I do not have a co pay but have been forced to pay one before they would let me be seen. I have also had them say I do not have a co pay but then the next time I go they’ll try to say I do. Of course they never reimbursed me either. It’s also extremely dirty there. I literally can’t put words to how frustrating and horrible my experiences have been. That is blood in the photo. Not my blood. Blood in one of the rooms because they don’t clean. Absolutely disgusting. Please do not go here. Do not take your children here.
