Leno is the greatest human being. He is very kind and easygoing
My husband went to St Hope to get fillings. We were very unfamiliar with St Hope and didn't know what to expect. We were told not to come unless we had money in hand. Which is fine but a tacky way to say it. We just wanted to get some fillings replaced for him He went twice and paid. Today, our legit dentist asked my husband if someone did something to his teeth. He told them about his new fillings. Can you believe that there are NO fillings! They didn't give him any fillings. They did do some drilling and stuff but filled them with temporary fluid. There's a breakdown in that system. Be careful.
Operating System/ Operator This is ridiculous. Every time I call either try to Actually talk to someone It sends us to the operator's system. What is the point of having this system. When half the time the operators never answered the phone. It's 10: a.m. And I'm calling to check on an appointment and it prompted me to the operator. And the service is saying I have reached after hours. Are you serious. This operating system has to go. The client should be able to call The office directly. And when you do get a hold of an operator. They have so much. Attitude. Very unfriendly. Half the time they sound like they're asleep Or I'm Bothering them. Most the time i'm Making multiple calls just trying to get a hold of someone Please fix this system because it sucks. I personally Have heard other clients complain about this system as well. And to be honest , most of my friends do use St . Hopes as well. But Once you get in the office And you see the nurses. They're always are so friendly. It's the operating system I have a problem with and so does countless other people.
